Tim- goal with casey's show lowest hourly rate because there are no "rules"
- Client will award a state in entirety
- first sheet on coupa- avg price per trade- 16 individual state pricing per trade
- can add additional files to coupa

Answer
Action to What We Learned

05-09-2023 10:25 AM   We need to be more aware of the geographical footprint and provider depth as it pertains to hourly rates.
05-09-2023 10:25 AM   Caseys wanted pricing across the board – flat pricing across the board per trade. We expect them to ask that again in 3 years. Their goal is to make reporting easier. We may be able to maximize margin by giving a flat rate but need to consider volume in each area.
05-09-2023 10:25 AM   We were awarded the entire portfolio due to relationship, timing, and Caseys wanting an easy solution.
05-09-2023 10:25 AM   •    Caseys has a good relationship with Powerhouse. They are always brought in on conversations, but not brought in on interior work. We could see some pressure from them if we do not perform.
05-09-2023 10:25 AM   •    Caseys does not know what they are doing in RFPs – and they will be the first to admit. So we are their easy button. We are concerned once they start doing more vetting. Once we are in full swing we might get additional lessons learned.
05-09-2023 10:25 AM   •    We wrote all scopes and SoWs which benefits us a lot.
05-09-2023 10:25 AM   •    We need to provide data to Caseys to proactively protect against them feeling like we are over charging them. (ACTION) Build out tracking of average invoice by work order type vs other large customers

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
