12 per occurrence, 24 seasonal, and 12 T&M snow removal sites for Signature Aviation. These locations have very sizeable ramp (tarmac) areas where push but not deice is in scope, which drove the portfolio value up to a more significant size than initially expected when just considering the car parking areas (which are not sizeable at many sites).

08-28-2025 General Note     Open For incumbent revenue, last year we reported about 1.1M on 9 incumbent sites, 8 of which were T&M locations. 7 of those incumbent sites (estimated about $800,000 of the incumbent revenue from last year) were at risk on this bid, however they are moving to per push and seasonal contracts which led to their estimated revenue on those models being about $400,000. I am listing incumbent revenue at 400,000 so that the comparison is "apples to apples" rather than being forced to compare this bid's outcome on a new pricing model to the inflated T&M revenue from last year on those 7 sites.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
