11-17-2022 Meeting       Final review: 30%- Matt wants to go to 27% margin with the anticipation of snow coming. Tax percentage included on the bid form. KS has tax on materials.

Troy KS: Cities inside Kcity go from 45 to 40/ outside of kc prosper 45-50 because of drive time. 30-27 mow frequencies. 5-3 for turf ferts frequencies.

11-09-2022 Meeting       CVS BASE LAND SCOPE (BHH)
1. Debris removal: All trash and debris will be removed from the landscaping prior to cutting.

2. Lawn Cutting: Grass is to be mowed every 10 days (3 times a month) 2.5-3 "

3. Spring Cleanup: A one-time clean up all turf areas (raking); clean out and turning of mulch in planting beds to be completed prior to the fist mowing. All debris to be removed from site and disposed of in accordance with local rules and regulations. 

4. Hand weeding is to be performed every visit. Site must be weed free.

5. Fall Cleanup: Leaf cleanup of all turf areas and clean out of planting beds to be completed throughout the fall growing season. Leaves and debris to be disposed of in accordance with local rules and regulations. 

6. Tracking your # of Lawn Cutting services will be required.

7. GPS enabled smart device is required. You must use the Service Channel Provider app in order to track all mowing services

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
