07-13-2023 General Note     Open Won DPD8 in Oregon for snow
06-07-2023 General Note     Open Got a quote for DEN7 from Breandon Stegman and the provider in Aurora, CO. Looks like it is $32,110 for the year and $6,422 per month to the provider. This does not include $5,800 for mulch install to the provider, need to add seperately. Going to add 25% margin per Chris request and email to him
06-06-2023 General Note     Open Chris,
Specs for the site are below:
Mow 10 hrs
SCU 12 hrs
FCU  20 hrs
Mulch 93 Yards
Pruning 8 hrs

Jim Rubino email to Chris about DAE7 in N Versailles, PA - use same rates as other sites. Talked to Jim seperately about the seasonal snow pricing for this site. Said there were some things that concerned him about it and to match it to the Tinton Falls, NJ location of $115,000

06-01-2023 General Note     Open Discussed seasonal snow and landscaping for HBO2 with Jim. Thought $72k for seasonal snow was about what they would need and then brought pruning hours down to 40 from 180+.

Talked to Ashley about ad-hoc / T&M snow for the San Antonio site. Only wanted to do rates for skidsteer, bag salt, and crew member.

Going to wait for the N Versailles, PA location from Jim and then schedule time to review. Sending Chris all the exterior land bid sheets and then the snow bid form for the 10 locations we currently have rates for on Monday (due Tuesday).

05-30-2023 General Note     Open Chris was able to get an extension until next Tuesday for both land and snow. Wants me to send him a seasonal snow price and he will build out the tiers.

Went over adhocs and seasonal pricing with Jim this morning and let him know we are able to get an extension since it is his five sites we are waiting for land on. Once we get specs for the two we are waiting for, will confirm seasonal rates with him.

05-26-2023 General Note     Open Just talked to Steve Mahoney, HBO2 does exist but the site is massive and he needs more time to spec. He said he is going to head back Tuesday but like those other Jim sites, asked if we could get an extension
05-25-2023 General Note     Open Met with Jim Rubino about an action plan for his sites, sent him a model for him to make updates for snow. Hoping to send us specs for all locations for snow by end of day, asked Chris to get us an extension for land.

Andy said his DM Erik Watson specced the site in Lanesville, IN outside Louisville. Wants to match the snow pricing and T&M rates as Louisville, said he was good with specs and to do $45 for hourly and $65 for mulch install rates.

04-05-2023 General Note     Open Chris start reaching out to DMs for provider quotes on the new launch sites since he is getting tired of waiting on the field on them. We might have to start sending bids site by site depending on how that Craig Hatton guy wants them since I don't think we'll be able to send them all together

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
