07-10-2023 General Note     Open Jason T Final Meeting:

Seasonal Looks:

Look at Salem IN Provider 30,000 last year 20k pricing

Saint Charles MO 40K last year and 21K this year

St. Peters MO modest drop (overrode by RFP Team to match Incumbent)

Greenville NC small drop from 6,100 to 5,200

Go through Per Event and check level 1 last year provider pricing vs this year and calling out any outliers

Preferred Location:

Possibly making per event states no

24 Hour Service:

Call Matt Alley to double check

Re-Look at TN any near Big Metro should be a yes (talk to Matt Alley)

Look at discount: based on percent of region

Addendum: look at region and discount, needs to be primarily seasonal

Potential put a large # of sites and large discounts

I would like 837 to be submitted at your recommended pricing. Thank you!

Seasonal numbers I would like priced....
996 $30,350.63
6390 $29,691.43
1601 $44,908

07-06-2023 General Note     Open Walmart Thursday Touchbase Notes

-    Sent Tim list of field who has not signed off on for SOW
-    Waiting for answer on bidding entire state that is warmer weather, going to ask Walmart for advice. Bruce recommends going in “at close to 100% margin” if we are going to bid those in case it snows
-    Mike is still on fence for TX and LA, waiting for answer from Walmart
-    Was wondering where margin column was, highlighted top row of them
-    Kyle going to go store by store for margin and make his own edits
-    Team leads meeting together to finalize margins
-    Bryan said he is going up 5-10% on keeping the same on most incumbents, will send us over them soon

06-29-2023 General Note     Open Ashley:
Bidding heavy incase there is snow we are covered because we will have to mobilize units. Going high incase we are given it so we can make sure we are covered.
May have to look at potential setting a service limit for the state, of TX and worst case scenario is to reject if we are given a massive amount of sites

Items in the new table are called:

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
