09-25-2023 General Note     Open Awared to be secondary on all locations, perfect situation to be in according to the Target team.
08-17-2023 General Note     Open Target offered a conditional offer for 1065 sites instead of the incumbent 979. Team rejected it with pricing being too low and the were not states that we were targeting.
08-01-2023 General Note     Open R2 for Small Mech is due Monday (8/7) at 3pm. Going to do a multiplier of 1.75x (instead of 2x) for all sites outside of AK and HI since we are already comp
07-25-2023 General Note     Open Small Mech final pricing:

If we didn’t have pricing, we took the averages of sites we did have, and applied labor index as a base.

Look at 215 minimum across the board on hourly rate

AK take pricing up to 250 and trip go to 250

Multiplier from old pricing is 2, helping set a 2 hour minimum for all pricing

07-12-2023 General Note     Open 2x on hourly rates,

Match existing trip

Parts 150%

Parts we don’t have:

For pricing we don’t have on checklanes, use the most expensive pricing for that part, we have another round so we can adjust from there

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
