01-29-2024 Issue     Open pricing for snow submitted to Cindy on Friday 1/26. email this morning that she is not comfortable with the pricing due to some locations being at the emergency pricing submitted [JAN-29-24 Torian Pauley] Meeting scheduled for 3:30 on 1/29 to discuss the pricing submitted
11-08-2023 General Note     Open Ohio states were priced based on Khol's inputs for land, prices were sent over. 2 sets of pricing were sent Pre-Tax at 30% margin and Pre-Tax at 22% margin. Cindy is taking those prices to the customer to receive coaching. The rest of the bid sheet is built out but waiting on further coaching from customer to confirm which prices we are going with. The other sites are built out excluding new builds in the case we do not have specs for them. Asked about Mulch and Rock numbers as they are driving up price have not gotten solid word from Greg or Cindy indicating they want to change those calculations

11-06-2023 Risk     Open request put in for more time due to delay of parent account creation. We are going to try and provide pricing for the state of Ohio. Most RMs are traveling so there will be little contact to have with any other state.

Pricing is going to be sent over without any verification from the field.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
